Two ways we help
Regular visits from the same familiar person: conversation and company, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and rides to appointments.

Project-based help with downsizing: sorting room by room, organising donations and estate sales, packing, coordinating move day, and settling into the new home.
Full liability insurance and bonding on every visit and every move project. Documentation available on request.
Every team member holds a current criminal record check for work with vulnerable adults, plus first aid certification.
Victoria-owned and Victoria-staffed. You will know the owner's name and the name of the person at your parent's door.
How we work
A short, unhurried conversation about what is happening. Ten minutes is usually enough to know if we can help.
We visit the home, meet your parent, and look at the practical realities. No cost, no obligation.
Hours, tasks, people, and a clear price. You approve it before anything begins.
Care starts with a consistent companion. Family receives regular updates, wherever you live.
In their words
“I live in Calgary and my mother is in Oak Bay. Having the same companion every week, and a phone update I can count on, changed how I sleep at night.”
“They helped me sort forty-one years of a house in Saanich without ever making me feel rushed or foolish about what I wanted to keep.”
“Dad said he did not want 'a caregiver'. He now describes Lynn as his friend who happens to drive him to appointments. That's the whole trick.”
Service area
From Sidney and North Saanich down through Oak Bay and Fairfield, west to Langford, Colwood, and out to Sooke. If you are unsure whether your neighbourhood is covered, call and ask — the answer is usually yes.
Our teams travel across the Capital Regional District daily. Visits outside the core (Sooke, Metchosin, North Saanich) are scheduled in longer blocks so travel time never comes out of your parent's hours.
No cost, no obligation
Tell us a little about the situation and when it suits you to talk. We call back within one business day. If it would be easier to speak now, our phone line is answered by a real person.
(250) 555-0142A short phone call is often enough to bring the next step into focus. No pressure, no obligation.
