Move & Transition Support
Downsizing is rarely about boxes. We manage the sorting, the selling, the packing and the move day — at a pace that respects what each object means.

The stages
We begin with the lowest-emotion room and work at your parent's pace. Four decisions only: moving, family, sell or donate, recycle.
Estate sale professionals, consignment, auction, or charity pickup — arranged and supervised so nothing valuable disappears and nothing useful goes to landfill.
Labelled by destination room in the new home, with a first-night box set aside: medications, kettle, bedding, chargers, a few photographs.
We book and manage the movers, hold the keys, walk the empty house, and stay until the truck is unloaded. The family does not need to take the day off.
Furniture placed to the plan, bed made, kitchen unpacked and functional, pictures on the walls. Your parent arrives at a home, not a storage unit.
A large share of our move projects arrive through Greater Victoria realtors handling estate and downsizing sales, and through notaries and estate lawyers. We are comfortable working to a listing date, a possession date, and a probate timeline without needing to be managed.

Movers, haulage, and estate sale commissions are third-party costs quoted separately and openly. Full support care clients receive 15% off any package above.
We photograph every project at the start and the finish, and we share those images only with written permission from the family. Our first published before-and-after sets will appear here as clients agree to them — we would rather show you nothing than show you someone else's stock photography.
Call early. The projects that go calmly are the ones that started ninety days out — and the first conversation costs nothing.
