How we work
The same process applies whether you need weekly companionship or a full downsizing project.
Ten or fifteen minutes. You describe what is happening; we ask a few practical questions and tell you honestly whether we are the right service. If you would be better served by Island Health or by a nursing agency, we will say so.
We come to the home at a time that suits, meet the person we would be supporting, and look at the real conditions: stairs, kitchen, bathroom, driving, medications, mood, isolation. Adult children who live elsewhere are welcome to join by phone or video.
Within two business days you receive a plan: which tasks, how many hours, which days, which person, and exactly what it costs each month. Nothing begins until you say yes.
Support begins with the companion you have already met. Families receive a monthly update call, and always a same-day call when something changes. Plans are reviewed every three months, or the moment circumstances shift.
A short phone call is often enough to bring the next step into focus. No pressure, no obligation.
